THE PICKPOCKET

He makes his way throught the crowd

Experienced in his movement

His feet almost above the ground

He is in his element

His neck is craned and just beyond

A woman, a perfect prey

A dip- A flash!! and he is gone

Leaving "ole! ole!!" in his trail

"Di boy fast lke lightening"

"E don run go dat side"

"For dis korokoro afternoon"

Do not soothe the wailing woman
