I have a new culture
Of setting up estates
Made up of derelict structures
They always turn out as mistakes

You'll find one near the bridge
If you happen to go into town
Another sprawls near the beach
A symbol of having worn the crown

My estates are without drainages
Electricity? ..Please tell another story
Garbage has never seen haulage
because the buildings are in this category
